Traditional Brandy Butter

Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes: 1

200 g unsalted butter, at room temperature, cubed
200 g icing sugar
3 Tbsp brandy


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Fit the Creaming Beater to the machine

STEP 2/4

Add butter into the Mixer bowl
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splashguard
Mix on speed 2 for about 1 minute until light and fluffy

STEP 3/4

Add icing sugar into the Mixer bowl
Start the machine on speed Min and gradually increase speed
Mix on speed 2 for about 1 minute until combined
Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula

STEP 4/4

Add brandy into the Mixer bowl
Mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds until combined
Transfer the butter to a clean jar
Refrigerate until ready to use
