An autumn treat, make with your favourite coffee.
Ingredients
Ingredients 1
Ground cinnamon 4 tsp.
Ground ginger 2 tsp.
Ground cloves 1 tsp.
Ground nutmeg 0.5 tsp.
Ingredients 2
Whole milk 375 ml
Ingredients 3
Caster sugar 2 tsp.
Vanilla extract 0.25 tsp.
Ingredients 4
Coffee 90 ml brewed
Whipped cream 2 Tbsp.
Method
Getting started
1- Connect the Whisk attachment to the hand blender.
Stage 1
1- Add Ingredients 1 (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg) into the small bowl.
2- Mix together until combined.
Stage 2
1- Add Ingredients 2 (milk) into a small saucepan.
2- Heat over a medium heat until hot.
3- Transfer carefully into the beaker.
Stage 3
1- Add Ingredients 3 (sugar, vanilla) into the beaker.
2- Add 2 pinches of the pumpkin spice into the beaker.
3- Whisk until frothy.
4- Divide the mixture between the latte glasses.
Stage 4
1- Add the first of Ingredients 4 (coffee) to the latte glasses.
2- Top with the last of Ingredients 4 (cream).
3- Sprinkle with a little of the pumpkin spice.
4- Serve.
