Ingredients

Servings: 6
Makes: 1

140 g plain flour
60 g jumbo oats
120 g unsalted butter, cubed, at room temperature
80 g caster sugar
850 g sweet cherries in syrup


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
Fit the Knife Blade.
Add flour, oats, butter and sugar into the Appliance bowl.
Pulse until crumble texture has formed.

STEP 2/2

Add the cherries into the baking dish with some of the syrup.
Top with an even layer of the crumble mixture.
Bake until golden brown, for 35-40 minutes at 190ºC.

 

To serve
Serve hot.

 

Substitutions
Jumbo oats can be replaced with porridge oats.
