Plum and Almond Porridge

Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:
For the porridge
80 g rolled oats
500 g almond milk

For the topping
6  plums
2 Tbsp maple syrup
0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
1  orange


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Stone and cut the plums to 1 cm cubes.
Zest and juice the orange.

STEP 2/4

Fit the Stir Tool to the kCook Bowl.
Fit the kCook Bowl to the machine.

STEP 3/4

Add oats and milk into the kCook bowl.
Attach the lid and ensure the Filler cap is NOT fitted.
Cook for 8 minutes, at 92°C on speed 3.
Divide the porridge between the 4 bowls.

STEP 4/4

Retrieve, clean the kCook bowl and fit the Stir Tool.
Add plum, syrup, cinnamon, zest and juice into the kCook bowl.
Cook for 1 minute, at 98°C on speed 3.

Serve

 

 

To serve
Garnish with flaked almonds.
